Ideation
For those who have an idea to address a specific challenge area. You are in this stage, if you have some idea of 'what' can be done but could not develop it into a product because either you did not get the opportunity or required resources - or possibly the courage to take the plunge.

Thrashing out the idea - help you decide whether to pursue the idea or not
Helping evaluate the commercial feasibility of the idea
Help you formulate an action plan for next steps
Help you create specifications of your proposed product and if possible find a lead user for your solution.
If you are in this stage, we may not be able to actively mentor you but would help you initiate your journey into entrepreneurship and will be interested in reconnecting with you once you have crystallized your offering.
Pre Revenue
For those who have been able to convert their idea into a prototype and want to take the next step. You are in this stage, if your product is ready - at least partially if not completely. You have already figured out what is the problem that you are trying to solve and feel that your solution is compelling and may be well received in the market. However, you are yet to make the first commercial sale or have received only 'lukewarm' response from your potential clients. If you are in this stage, you would definitely have revenues less than Rs 25 lacs per annum. You have typically been either self-financing your start-up or have been seed-funded by your friends, family, fools or angel investors/incubators.

Scale Up
For those who have been able to commercialize their solutions but feel that they can achieve much more through better guidance.
You are in this stage, if your product is already out in the market and you've been getting regular revenues (of more than Rs 3-5 lacs per month). But you are convinced that this is just a start and you can quickly achieve greater revenues. However, scaling up hasn't been as easy as you thought. You need strong advisory and operational support. You are looking at raising your first institutional investment - but do not have enough contacts or experience to deal with the VCs. You are looking at building a stronger team by adding experienced members. Acceleration is the key.
