The mentee should be

1. Interested in developing their businesses.
2. Able to take responsibility for their own development
3. Open to receiving feedback
4. Willing to accept challenges
5. Positive about change and growth
6. Able to set goals and work towards them
7. Committed to working through on-the-job issues

Mentors and mentees should respect each other’s time and other responsibilities, ensuring they do not impose beyond what is reasonable
