Currently I run a one-person software company - Adaptive Software Solutions, through which I offer software consulting and training services. My main focus right now is to use new media to create an environment of continuous learning for software developers. I founded Adaptive Software Solutions about 10 years back and have been running it as a micro-enterprise. Over the years, I have offered programming and architecture services to several companies. I have conducted corporate training in Java, Adavnced Java, Object Oriented Design and Analysis, Web Technologies, etc. I was a technical mentor at iAccelerator in 2009, and have had a chance to work with and understand technical needs of several startups. Recently I also created a website which I have aggregated various Computer Science related open courseware, to help self motivated people learn.

Objectives
To help sincere and passionate entrepreneurs. I should be able to help entrepreneurs working with web technologies especially in the Java ecosystem.
